Align’s Story
Founding partners John Buchanan and Rob Cameron purchased and developed four dairy farms and a dairy support farm with a view to the future by providing intergenerational and sustainable farms that allow the team on the ground to thrive and deliver results.
Our farms total 1500 hectares, milking 4000 cows. We believe in a seasonal, grass based system that coincides with the New Zealand grass growth curve. We employ 27 full time team members selected from around the globe that have come together with the philosophy that better people make better farmers.
Align Farms Operational Team
Rhys oversees the management of the Align Farming Group.
He started with Align in 2013 and has 15 years experience, during which he has managed the production of over 10 million milk solids.

Michael manages the Align Farming Group Head Office.
He joined Align in July 2015.
Having worked in accounts for 11 years prior, Michael brings a lot of experience and attention to detail to this vital role.
